    I hate doing that! Every time you go it there, it's a fight and struggle to get a new phone, even if you have the same problem 10 times. They just want to reset it and send you out. One time I ended up paying $600 for a new phone because the motherboard fried and apparently the insurance I pay $11 a month for doesn't cover that. :rolleyes:
