You can drive just fine when you're stoned is the little details that get you in my case I noticed how there was only one nozzle at he the pump I was at when normally there's three but I chose to brush it off and go on ahead and put the fuel in my truck that was my mistake

You were lucky this time in that you only put the wrong fuel in your truck. What "little detail" will you miss next time -- missing stop signs, or traffic lights, or being able to stay in your own lane.... Just stay off the road, or better yet quit getting stoned!

yeah you're a major fail OP. Im not going to get into an discussion on smoking the reffer and driving, but it obviously impaired you to the point you put the wrong fuel in your truck. . . you shouldn't have been driving. i think it's AWESOME and HILARIOUS that your engine locked up down the road. might of saved somebodies life.

I worked part-time for a while at a gas station while in college...you'd be surprised just how often this happens!

Just stop. I enjoy a good time as much as the next person, but you owe it to the safety of everyone else on the road to be more responsible than that.

If the above statement were actually true, than being stoned probably wouldn't be fun.

I'm glad you got your situation fixed, but you really can't come here, create a thread admitting that you actually put the wrong type of fuel in your vehicle, and then say that being stoned doesn't affect your judgment. It does. I know from a LOT of past personal experience it does. Yeah, it's probably not as bad of being drunk in terms of being able to operate a vehicle, I'll admit that...but that fact alone doesn't make it any less irresponsible to be operating a vehicle in that capacity.

I'm not trying to be mean or to flame, I'm really not -- but it's attitudes like this that actually give credence to the arguments of those trying to keep this stuff ILLEGAL.

A friend of mine used too work at a gas station. He put diesel in the wrong vehicles 3 or 4 times.

He eventually got fired for blowing up a tire while trying too fill it up with air. He saw the tire said 40 psi. So he thought that meant you should fill it up with air for 40 seconds....
