    Verizon just replaced my phone for free when they blew it up with the ICS update. I've never had an issue with getting a phone replaced. I think the only thing you can't do is toss it in water.

    I can't wait until I can get the Note 2 next month. I have the Evo LTE right now with a 4.8" screen and wouldn't want anything less. The battery life of the Note 2 is amazzzzzzzing.
