Jaded?!? Check the CFB rankings and tell me who has more teams in the top 10. Jaded...its not jaded when the polls prove it. Even if an SEC team doesn't play for a NC, we'll still be left with oh...6 of the last 7. Somebody Google the last time a conference won that many titles in a row.... hurry...jaded. Simply put, as I have said before, STOP the hatin' right now is the SEC's time. Next it will be the B1G or ACC....maybe.

The SEC, historically, has been consistantly near, or at the top. I don't see that changing much here in the future. MSU is on the rise, the Aggies(though I think they take a step back once defenses figure out Manziel during the off-season) are and will be pretty good and LSU and Bama are both at the top. Real USC, Florida, and UGA are all playing good ball too.

Wasn't debating more nfl players, was just mentioning that in the last 5 years A&M has a sub 500 conference record, and has not been that great. Mizzou has simply been better. Can't deny that. I won't mention they have beat A&M last three games head to head...

Also I heard today that Georgia Southern, who we play this Saturday are running their mouths about how they are going to "shock the world".

For those that are not familiar with them, they have a rich history in their division (1AA I think) with like 6 NC's. There was talk of them moving into the FBS, I don't know what happened with that?

They've got a fun offense to watch. And they played Bama tough last year in Bryant-Denny.

Yeah part of the smack talk was based on how they played Bama. We play them every few years and usually smack them around. If we'd played them before the UF game it might have worried me more.

Playing GSU this week is like a tune-up for GT next week as they run the same offense.

I think Kirby Smart was quoted as saying GSU wouldn't have been on Bama's schedule last year had they known they would run that triple option. When GSU was put on the schedule they were running Chris Hatcher's passing offense, then he got fired. The problem with GSU's option is that the O-line relies on a lot of chop blocks which ain't so great for your D-linemen... be careful UGA & stay healthy.

Thanks... Thought it was $7.5m now. I think he's gone on 12/1.

Did I miss something? Why the NFL-player pissing contest? What do NFL players have to do w/ the conference debate?

He was saying Mizzou is better in the long run and his evidence was the players they have sent to the NFL. To me it means little but whatever maybe I read it wrong.
