    I dunno about that. I heard a police chase that started in York County that went through 4 jurisdictions with requests issues to spike strip the tires. Ultimately the vehicle was pitted by state troopers (on the second attempt) which then led to a foot chase of a dude with two prosthetic legs through the woods.
