they actually werent that bad, but i bought the Ivans in rough shape with those tires for 300 bucks, re-did the wheels, and sold the tires for 600. they had maybe a year left of life. thats the only time i got asking price on CL. guy texted me and said he'd give me 600 bucks that day, so before work i drove to hooksett to meet him, and done deal

Not bad at all! Still can't believe you're trying to get rid of the wheels though, those Ivan Stewarts look nice!

they look nice, as far as wheels go. i like them obviously, but not on my truck. its cool that they fit 285's without spacers, but i think all 1st gen 16" or higher wheels do... they are in perfect shape, the guy that finished them did an awesome job and affordable, i just dont know about them. gonna try to pick up a set of bronze simulated beadlocks this winter, then if anyone here is interested in the ivans ill let them go cheap (to anyone in this thread).

I just sold off my tires (still have the wheels) and promised the fiance I wouldn't buy anything else before the wedding (after the sliders :D). I love the looks of them!

Haha, no, sold them to my dad.

Couldn't stand them, the truck drove like shit. At highway speeds, it was 2 hands on the wheel because it would wander soo much. My dad will use them on the back of his 2wd Chevy for the winter. They had great traction, but they were a not a good handling tire. Swapping from the Bridgestones back to the Coopers made me realize how bad they really were. Hopefully the Bridgestones get through the winter alright.

Probably not. The Cooper ATR's that I had before were fine, the AT3's were horrible! Thinking back, I had the truck aligned more times in the months that I had the AT3's than I have the entire life of the truck. The tires were probably the cause to begin with.

Next set will still be an aggressive A/T but they will be tall and skinny.

Right now 3. The gen 1 TRD wheels on my truck right now. The 17" FJ crusier wheels and the mint 17" stock TRD Sport wheels sitting in boxes in my basement.
I would replace my 1st gen wheels with the Ivan's and want to get Toyo AT2's for the FJ wheels.

i can only take 16's because of my tires... would suck to get rid of brand new tires for some shitty used ones just to run the sport wheels. although, i have wanted sport wheels since ive owned a tacoma... even back when i had my RC beast...
