Hey guys, Im guessing this is kinda the Oklahoma hang out thread?

I might be moving to OKC this summer for work so figured I would look up and see if anyone lived close by there.

Shit, another Floridian in OK! Hold the fort for us Floridians, as I only have 13 days left before my move to Denver...

Darn it, has anyone heard the song "Red Dirt Girl"... What is it about Okie girls??? Yeap, got a new GF! We dated briefly back in May, but she was at the time to busy for a relationship and due to a lack of info on my part, I thought she wasn't interested... Well we met up during a race two weeks ago, and have not been away from each other since!

Gosh, this one is a keeper for sure! Meeting her family this weekend, this should be interesting!

Darn. Flight School @ Rucker! Congrats!!! I wish you well and the best of luck with Army Aviation!

PS: While working in the Finance Center, I came across the file of a Naval Academy grad and former Navy Lt. Commander (guys was earmarked for Admiral, made 0-4 in less than 10 years!) who resigned his commission because he preferred flying! I got his file, due to him flying Night Hawks for U.S. Customs while pulling a base salary of $120K!!! He made an average of over $150K per year. Sometimes just flying the "lowly" black(night)hawks pays HUGE!

Thanks! I'm excited, but I know as I move up the ranks the less I will fly. I would do what that navy officer did if I was afforded the opportunity. There is a member here, I dot recall his screen name but he flew in the army for 8 years and then crossed over to the coast guard to continue flying.

o_O reviving my account a bit here.

As some know, others may not, been through a lot of life changes recently ( married, bought a house, moved to broken arrow from OKC, etc).

Had to sell my truck a while back to get all this stuff done. Fortunately, we've been graced with a wonderful situation that's going to put me back on the hunt for another Tacoma soon.

I'll be stopping in the dealerships in Tulsa soon to get a few quotes and talk to some people. Looking forward to being back.

That being said. Who's in the Tulsa/BA area that can help me, when the time comes for suspension mods and such? I've got a few tools, but mainly I just need an extra set of hands most of the time!

 Welcome back Joey! Glad to hear that things have worked out for you. What options are you looking for in your new truck? I just got a 2013 4runner from Hudiburg here in okc and they were great to work with.

Let me know when your ready for some mods I have all the tools for doing a lift and more.
