I wheel pretty hard. Haha we should see what they are like if i do the bootslide mod. Im going out there to check and make sure my dad installed the diff drop right. He installed diff drop while I was installing the strut. So im going to double check right now

To get the clamp off all you have to do is snip it. Right.?

    Look at build!
It just simply moves the fins further apart so they arent constantly rubbing when driving down the road thus slowly wearing the rubber thinner and thinner untill it tears... basically.

I like where this trucks going OP!
The budget mods are always fun but at least you didnt skimp on the lift budget when you did it! I went the spacer route first go around and highly regreted it haha

Thanks for the compliments. Yeah i knew i wanted to do the suspension right the first time. Im a little scared for my cv boots right now though. Its making me rethink OME. Anyways i went to get my alignment and the inner tie rod on the driver's side is "Seized". They said that soaking it in PB blaster and Heating it up they still couldnt get it loose. Im kind of unsure on what to do now.

If ur worried about ur suspension being too tall, its just your truck telling u to go grab a nice plate winch bumper to weigh it down :D. Or if it bothers you too much i can take those eibachs off your hands haha.

Yotakid, If you buy me a nice plate bumper from relentless fab then i will gladly donate my coils to you. Think about it. Haha

Doing the bootslide this weekend. Taking it easy on the CV's as much as possible unitl then. I will be watching them closely before and after the bootslide mod.

When i put my eibachs on I wheeled the piss put of it and didn't have any issue with my boots or cvs in general for that matter but every truck is different.

a brush guard would look good for it. they are about $150-250 on ebay

Edit: my thinkin is if you go for one of them big bumpers then youll lose your level. cause them suckers are heavy!

I lost the extra 1/4" the eibachs gave. Granted I don't hve a plate bumper but I do have a 75lb tube bumper and another 85 & 55 in winch and front skid and it's maintained all it's height perfectly fine..

I honestly wouldn't do a brush gaurd.. First pic on my build shows my old one and I hated it & it does nothig for protection plus the money you spend on that you will never get back so your better off saving it for a bumper of some sort

I refuse to put a brush guard on. Sure they look good but where I live the deer population is out the roof. Theres not a day I drive home without seeing a deer and some days its 20+. I would put one on for looks but I know I would pay the price later. I already killed one with my truck and my father hit one last friday in his ford. It sucks but you cant always avoid them. Sadly I didnt even see the deer I hit because I was looking in my rearview mirror at a lady how was riding my ass.

They'll save your headlights from pheasants and protect you from people bumping into you in a parking lot but not much more than that. I'm happy w mine so far. Eventually i want a trailgear lopro bumper though.

Im thinking about trailgear Low pro if I go for a tube bumper or if I ever get the cash. Your brushguard looks so sick on your truck though.
