    Yep. Cut it just to the threads then "open" it with a flat head screw driver. Grab a 8x1.25 IIRC die while you're getting a new nut.

    Probably need a pair of nuts (snicker) and run the die down both studs to clean up the threads?

    All this and I'm not even certain the fucking sensor is bad. :mad:

    We had those drywall anchors and it lasted for about a year and then they started pulling out and leaving a bigger hole. I then used a toggle bolt and yet to see it even begin to come loose. Just another option...
