How about the dipshit cop that's probably going to lose his job because of his personal views?

There are a lot of TW members who are trannies. You might want to be a little more sensitive.

Assuming you're not one of the ones in the video, I'd say you're all set other than an eventful couple days at the office.

This whole idea of hate crimes is absurd. There should be no such!

People should be judged by their actions and not their thoughts.

This cop should be punished. But the idea that he deserves extra time for his thoughts are crazy.

What is the relation between that and a hate crime?

That is NO correlation, sorry. Premeditated murder (murder 1, or 1st degree), means that the killer PLANNED for it. Non premeditated (murder 2-3, 2nd or 3rd) means that it was in the heat of the moment or probably accidental/incidental

As for "hate crimes". Thats just a falacy that politicians cooked up, some time ago.

She was responding to this post^^

It's still a different crime because of the thought process behind it, not just the action. In a way, it's the same general concept.

This is a very good question. I said before I don't think people should be judged based on their thoughts or motivations, but their actions. I'm going too add that they should be judged on their intentions.

Generally non premeditated murder, or manslaughter is separated into two categories. Intentional and non-intentional.

I would say that intentional manslaughter is the same as premeditated murder. But non-intentional manslaughter is different. For example, if you light a forest on fire, and someone dies. This would be non intentional manslaughter, since your only intention would be lighting the forest on fire.

However if you kill someone in the spur of the moment, this would be the same as premeditated murder, because you intended too kill someone. It should not matter if the reason behind the murder was race, sex, or revenge. What should matter is that the person killed someone, and that they intended to do it.

    Just my two cents.
