Just realized that I need to do the BPV bracket. I have the 5100's @2.5 and a add AAL that was from my local spring shop ( they make their own ). It sits pretty level so I assume I would need to move it up 2'', dose that seem right? I haven't notice any difference in my braking, I just saw all the chat about it here and realized how important it is !

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.

eh..2.5'' on billies with stock coils..how many miles are on truck? Actual lift up front could be around 2''..

that being said in order to keep our truck level the lift in the rear generally only has to be about 1'' less then up front..so then you could just have 1'' lift up front..which could be just stock if you have a lot of miles and use out of your leafs..

but either way..1-2'' lift it isn't SUPER needed..but won't hurt. But unless you know how much you lifted the back then its kinda hard to know how much to raise it. If you raise it too much the rear brakes will lock up too fast.

My truck has 89000 miles. I had the AAL installed before i put the billies on an it raised the back pretty good. I think it was about 2''. i wish i would of measured before and after.

Here is a pic of how it sits with AAL, Billies @2.5, and 265/75 r16

You need. Without it, you will do what I did and warp your front rotors ;).
