Two herniated discs and a fused lumbar-sacral joint in my lower back. I had surgery on one disc three years ago but i recently reinjured the one that i didn't have surgery on. So basicly i have nerve pain in my left leg, some days its just a little sore, other days its a real sharp pain and it is hard to deal with it. I have learned to live with it for now, we will see in 20 years though.
You must have had a pretty serious injury or surgery to get OCs and morphine pills, probably alot worse than mine haha. What did you do? Or what happened?

No kick out but I'm going to have them set at a lower angle so they sit flatter. I'm getting the bolt on option and will be primering, painting then bedlinering them. Pretty much all Rustoleum products.

Do you know what angle you're going with? I was debating the same thing, also debated kickouts but now I'm not so sure. Bolt on for me to, I'll prime, paint, and clear coat with duplicolor, same as I used on my avid off road Light bar. Couldn't get more perfect with the 30% off, how are we planning on coordinating shipping?

I think Rob said they are normally 20degree and he got them at 10degree for step use also. That is my plan also

I'm with Billy. Standard is 20 degree but I'm going with 10 degrees. Jerry said, have people sign up for the buy, then PM him at the end the list of names of everyone that needs to have their orders shipped together.

So jerry will make them at different angles? Do you want to be able to use them as steps and that is why you want them at less of an angle?

    Edit
    Wow im slow....questions answered lol

He put them at a lower angle for Rob and he didn't say he wouldn't for me but I asked him about 5 questions at a time

The lower angle makes them flatter and stick out a little further. The sliders have a slight taper anyways, they get wider as they get toward the back of the vehicle. The flatter angle should give them enough clearance to push anything outside of my fender flares or shove it under my tires.

Guys, I can tell you that Jerry is a great guy to deal with. As my truck is the DCLB there are very few that make a bolt on slider never yet the hybrid style. Jerry was very easy to work with, he hit my deadline, welded at the angle I asked him too and was always available to answer any questions and give sugestions.
As far as kick out or not thats up to you guys, depends how much your gonna wheel it. Nothing worse than spending all that money then regreting you didn't get what really needed.
To give you guys an idea how much your saving. My sliders were about $675 delivered. If any of you guys were considering getting some sliders I would stop thinking about signing on and just do it. ;)

I am liking the kickouts, i might have to add them if i am buying a pair. But im not ready to commit yet. The only place i would use them as a step is where the kickout is to get into my toolbox. Found a picture on a access cab with the same wheels that i have and the same tire size that i will have. I WANTImageUploadedByTapatalk1353122301.829036.jpg

why is the bolt on option a hundred bucks? dafuq... all he has to do is weld plates on and drill holes, which shouldnt be that hard since he works with metal for a living...

Plates are cut and holes drilled/slotted on a CNC machine. Then has to be formed to wrap under the frame. Then set in a gig to have the legs and holes match up to the ones on the frame. The holes are different for each model and differ for some years as well. These are not just slapped together they are custom built to each year model specifically.

Man I should be making commission on these things!
