    You don't need a truck/vehicle sticker. Same rules apply as if you were driving on BLM lands etc. Open to the public. The OHV/ATV sticker program just applies to vehicles not normally registered with the state. Just another way to increase tax revenue. I've never seen anyone getting inspected out there.

    I believe that the OHV stickers are for ATV's and Motorcycles. But someone that has those can chime in with more info. If your just taking your truck your all good!

    It's cool out there. Just a heads up the sand dunes are too the southeast. From the times I have been out there are not too many high speed areas. Plenty of easy trails to romp around though.
