07 tacoma 4x4 electrical problem

hooked trailer to fac tow package.lost power to airbag lite turn sig will not shift out of park will not shit out of overdrive check engine lite came on.brake and tail lite still work.I checked all fuses i could.only fuses i found were above left knee and box under hood.anyone know what i should check does this truck have a third fuse box?Thanks for any help
