    He caught a fist of furry. He was hanging around our work truck so we told him to GTFO. He then walked over to another guys truck, opened the door, and got in to keep warm. Worker gripped him up and threw him out onto the street. Kid came back at him and ended up ZZZzzzZZZzzz

    pretty sure he had no clue where home was or where he was

    tweekers are all over.

    About 30 minutes after the tweeker a guy asked me for a light (saw me smoking) so I let him have it and he lights a joint up with it. I chuckled. This was about 7:30am. We were at 12th and Market which is pretty much cop haven being 3 blocks from City Hall.
