However, what's bothering me is that I gotta butcher up the stock grille in order to install the new one.

I didn't know that nor do I have the tools to do so.

OR I could BORROW somebody's dremel and do the job for free or just tell them to loan it to me because they know they want to anyways.

 

Seriously love having a dremel of my own without having to borrow someone else's. you'll never know what you'll need it for. And $40 is super cheap!

 

I had one a craftsman one but its not variable speed and its actually shut down on me a couple of times. I agree though. The convenience factor on its HUGE.

 

in for pics! cutting plastic is no big deal... going to make a satoshi for mine this spring.

 

I mean I can always use the welder to melt the plastic off. That would make a messy project with a lot of after cleaning to do.

Also to give you an idea on length here's my 21" blitzpro bar mounted behind my Satoshi (BAMF bar lowered...it can go lower, but would be behind my emblem):

Wow, that's a good length for the grille and a nice looking taco at that. I can't wait to see how ridiculous all mine look back there! Lol, wow!

 

I'm jumping on the blitzpro sale now, hopefully I get my Hellas sold soon and get some money back. I have that same emblem on my grill and I like how you have it mounted. I'm going to put some kind of spacer on the current bar I have behind the grill to drop the led bar down some
