im very happy with the numbers i made off 8psi on a stock motor.

once i have piston and rods and a lil head work and put on my custom intake manifold. i will turn up the boost and hope to see 500-600rwhp.

Never have been a big fan for pure street trucks...but...you have one sick ass truck! props to you

 

Would love to hear some more info, sick looking truck! I wonder if theres anybody who goes offroading with a front mount turbo

Been a while to get my truck to the point it is today.

 

Ive been to last yr tx2k12.
Didnt go to dyno day. But went to frankensteins and all 4 days of street racing at nite. Amd 1 day in sealy on sat to watch my friends boost logic gtr run at the event.

I no longer live in houston. Just recently moved back to so. Cali.
I will ship my truck back to houston for tx2k13 though. Fun to go do all the freeway runs late nite or drive in my friend 1400hp gtr.

Funny thing u say u work at hennesey.
My fabricator that built my turbo kit used to work for hennesey. So he does bad ass work!

People I know go front mount for the streets/track.

 

Yeah, offroading with this much invested under the hood for an entirely different purpose just seems like begging for trouble. Hahaha how many threads do we have on here of guys who need parts cause they broke something on the trail? I'd hate to break this truck with all the work that's gone into it.

lol ya. its funny how they changed it. tx2k12 was like a gang of GTR.
u should front mount ur taco. my truck is my daily. 45k going strong. boosted since it was 5k miles. trd supercharger than front mount turbo.

we are trying to build these tacos to try to get more aftermarket support!
instead getting everything custom made for our trucks. which cost alot more.

Then you guys should make it out to Stance, on 249 near Beltway 8. We have some friends that attend regularly on Saturdays. You will like it very much. Trust that.

When mine is ready, we can meet up for sure. Until then, it is just the Subi, and Toon and I trying to get things ready for TX2K13 here in Houston.

I didn't do to much with '11, but '12 I had plenty of time to attend the extra curriculum activities. I know Toon and his buddies certainly did. I have a good hunch that one of his friend's will have a worthy GTR for '13.

Yeah. That does suck about Frankenstein's. I am sure another place will stand in though. Hopefully we don't get any ass clowns in there that try to shut the place down, next year.
