Getting a new plate bumper soon I think

Nice shots Ben. I think you should stay playing with filters. I know I'm going to.

 

I've just been looking into filter and I can't say much as I don't have them or the camera for them yet. But the one I think we should try is a polarized one. I want to try gradients too but those aren't really for walk arounds.

 

Plate bumpers are kind of expensive so if I can I may pull off some sort of cheap tube bar or something or just leave it like that haha.

It's funny because that first rock barely even touched the bumper and bent it out like that, yet two of us were jumping up and down on it and it doesn't even budge!

 

Hmm... Everything thing else looks good on the Taco, but the backup camera isn't coming on. The wire got pinched between the bumper and the bed. Hopefully it just broke on connection rather than shorting out.

Yeah HC is the way to go if your gonna go aftermarket bumper. With Avids price tag I have to go with them. Plus everything is cutom

I was thinking about doing a tire gate but Konsta made me realize something last night. With a tire gate I would lose the use of my bed extender... and my bed is so short that anytime I have hauled something in it I have had to drop the tailgate and use the bed extender...

 

Oh they aren't bad pictures at all.

And at could be why our Moab pics are great. I thought those were the best pic you have taken so far.

Hmmm well did it cut a wire or just pinch and expose a wire??

 

No I'm not. For out door shots I think they help. They aren't the holy grail or anything for solving anything.

 

There are some (not sure how many) wires wrapped in a rubber sheath and that sheath got pinched flat. I pried the bumper down a little and can see an exposed wire in there but there isn't anything I can do about it without taking the bumper off. Maybe I will do that tomorrow.
