    I think I have to agree with this ^^^. My own experience is that polarizers do not work very well with digital cameras.

    What you are saying used to be more true when we were shooting film. In my experience, polarizers are way less effective with the digital sensor than they used to be with film.

    I think it has to do with the way light strikes the sensor. The way the digital camera works is very different from the way a film camera works.

    do you have different autofocus modes on your camera? mine was set to "AI Focus" out of hte box and it messed me up on a lot of shots. i switched to the "AI servo" mode and i like it better.


    One last filter comment: I'd love to play around with an infrared filter but they're so pricey. I can't justify buying one when it would just be a seldom used novelty :eek:
