looking pretty delicious geoff. . . hows business/demand going for you this time of year? i know you said the tourism was slowing down but it still seemed you've had a pretty strong bit of support from the locals.

Currently it is a very slow time of year, with that said we're still pulling good numbers and busier then expected. It's become a favorite place for locals:D

Going to start doing RSVP destination dinners once a week. And also have some catering gigs lined up. Been opening up after hours for some political pow-wows to do their thing during the debates.

Oh and I have 1 wholesale accounts that buy and sale our breakfast burritos all day long. In process to start another soon! :D Everything helps. Pennies turn into dollars.....

I've considered opening earlier for this very reason. 7am instead of 8am.

Coffee drinks selling MAD this time of year...We've developed a nice Pumpkin Pie Latte.

YES!!! I am trying to offer(come up with) more "hardy" stuff on the winter menu. Also items that can be made FAST and on the go!

Winter Carnival will be nuts! I plan on selling a record breaking amount of "walking burritos"!

oh god, winter carnival will be a cluster fuck HA! I know it might be a stretch, but what about a build your own breakfast burrito bar? It would work out well for carnival, where the food goes quick and doesn't get cold or sit around. Plus it sounds like something new. Fast and on the go is a great idea, because most people traveling up there in the morning have a place to be and don't want to sit around.

soooooooooooo, I'm not sure what to do, asking you for help!

We've been approached by a developer/real estate guy that is really interested in us (chef Geoff's) taking over a spot that he owns, that recently went out of business. Have a meeting set up for next week. I don't know what to do...

I would not leave my current location. So really what I need to consider is, can I or do I want to take on a 2nd adventure. Yes, the menu, name and things would be different.

Without a doubt the location, kitchen, and EVERYTHING about it is really nice! Perfect!

    I just dunno.....

BTW: come to find out, he had been hearing good things about us. Came in 3 times in the last few weeks (undercover) and loves the food! :)

Ass a business owner, expansion should always be a top priority on your mind. But with expansion you cannot sacrifice quality in the past location. Start looking for a top tier chef that can do exactly what you can do at Geoffs, train him to the best of both of your abilities, stick him in the new location, and hopefully let the dollars roll in.
