I love the light bracket you have above your hood. Whats the biggest lights you think you could put there?

 

I have no idea, they're the famous fabrications hood hinge brackets though. I love them!

 

lol I had to find Via google. you can run up to 3.5 inch lights. For 50 $ thats my next mod. Thanks man for the idea.

I have a question for all the super white owners. I've ordered a bruteforce front bumper. I'm thinking of having it line x in white to match the truck. What are you guys thoughts? Trying to also take into consideration future touch ups,etc. I put my truck to work,but take care of it also.
I saw a pic somewhere of a superwhite with color matched replacement bumper,and it really looked good. I have plenty of time to decide.thanks.

 

I can't remember his user name but there's a guy in Canada that did his allpro white and black. The wings were white and middle section was black looked good. Also saw a member with a solid white ARB looked sick too...

Are you getting his hybrid or plate style?

 

Plate with headlight protection. A winch for me is for work. I'll use it to stretch fencing,stuff I use my come along for now.

 

Since its the plate style I would do the black and white look. But that's just my .02 cents . Just look around and see whatcha can find as far as pictures you like... And congrats on getting one of Billy's bumper. I'm wanting his hi clearance with tire carrier myself

 

I was going to do white on my new bumper as well but after seeing the all white line x I changed my mind and am having it powdercoated black...btw here is that white and black all pro..not sure on user name

Yea that's easier since that bumper looks like its sectional. Idk. Bug guts wouldn't be as bad on black.

 

First post. Just bought this yesterday. Previous truck was a Nismo Frontier. The Taco won't be stock for long; however it's my daily driver so it won't be anything too crazy.




This is my toy. 529whp on 93 octane and 631whp on Q16 race gas. It's fun.

 

i wonder if you can squeez some 4in lights in there? like the 4in kragen red ring hids

 

I wouldnt risk it. Maybe if the brackets extended to the side mirrors...that would be perfect IMO

 

How do you like the Tacoma compared to the Frontier? I have the same truck but an 05. My friend had the Frontier Crewcab LE and I thought it was a great truck. Nice Suby also wish I had one of those too.

 

wow...this thread started in 08',last entry was last nite..it's amazing to see the difference in styles in 4+ years.some mods are set in stone(bhlm,ect) but this stormtropper thing has really taken off on the "superwhites".they all look great.sure,the other colors look great with the "black-out treatment",but i think"superwhite" takes it to another level,.so many ideas...what a great resource!!!!

 

For the White and Black plate bumper the original idea came from dep3091, and that is his truck a few posts back.

I kept the theme going, and did a similar paint scheme on the front with the White and Black, and then carried it through to the rear also
