    I saw that thread. I feel bad fro the kid. Now, if his parents bought it, then they have the right to drive it. It is a horrible situation. WHO pays for repairs? Him or mom?

    The thing is she did the damage so herself or the husband pays but either way one of them pay, not the kid because he did nothing to cause said damages.

    OP hasn't said who actually owns the truck. If it's his then mom and dad should pay for the repairs and OP would be wise to hide the keys when he's not around. OP said his parents share a car so it's unlikely that they bought him a truck.
