Shoot sounds like you know what your doing. Well beside keeping it off. Like my buddy told me. If you start to eat healthy you can loose weight. If you eat healthy and work out you can loose twice the weight. But if you just workout to loose weight without eating healthy. Your weight would just come back one you stop working out.
I didn't listen, I'm 190 and should be 160. Past 3 years iv been really big into power lifting and some Olympic lifts. Proud to say I'm dead lifting 455 as of last month! Anyways, cross fit is something no one is ready for. There is no way to prepare for it either. Just have to jump in head first and do it.

So eat healthy 6 days out of the week and pick one day to have a cheat meal.

Ok question! I have These spindle gussets that let you use the sway bar option? What would be the purpose of taking the front swaybar off?

Nope no spacers on c/o or disk. I'm not new to 4x4 trucks but I am new to how everyone sets it up. Iv been into this import thing you are trying to get into but out grown that. Childs play!

Gussets? I had a guy hit my truck in the parking lot while I was in the store. Broke my headlight, bent my spindle, bent my lca, might have even messed up my rack.

So right now I have a good idea of what I want my truck to be able to do. If not capable of doing. Would I need someones opinion from time to time? Maybe?
Just like getting the while cab bed lined?

Well no, I didn't think it was that bad until I got an alignment. Then I figure I would just fix it myself. So now I have my spindles coming. Bought both of them for 100 bucks. And waiting to get my lca. Didn't know they cost so much from the dealer or anywhere else
