I doubt it, I would assume its no dogs ever as they might spook the horses or something

Who all would be interested in camping in the woods or another site thats dog friendly? This trips already a pretty good drive for me, debating on whether or not I should try to make it and figure something out or just try again another time.

I've never heard of a camp site not allowing dogs. I've been around dogs and horses a majority of my life, a well behaved dog around a good horse isn't an issue. I'll call them tomorrow and see what I can see.

I just simply have nowhere I can leave her for a weekend. Not only that, but shes old and does not like being separated from us. I've already gotten her used to off roading, and she loves the woods. I plan to call tomorrow and see what exactly the rules about dogs are. Maybe I'll get lucky and there will be a way I can make it work.

Ryan, I may be able to bring a compound bow. Never hunted with one though, would be a cool opportunity. Still learning.

That would be awesome. So far my knowledge consists of using a compound bow my Dad found on Craigslist shooting targets. I love it. It would be awesome to get some knowledge from someone who really knows how to use one.

Weather has been awesome...hope it keeps up in January. Was nice and brisk on Friday when I took my buddy up there. 11 managed to get another small hole in it with the summer rain...can't wait for the trip in January...I'll try and make some "trip routes" so we don't drive around aimlessly for hours again looking to get in trouble.

We were good until we stumbled upon the EXTREME redneck trailer park in the middle of nowhere with the no trespassing sign and my instant fear of seeing the guns come out when we were driving down that road or their drive ways or their front yards, or whatever the hell we were driving on. But that was fun.:p

lol, currently having two girls come along. one is the girlfriend (if she can get off of work), the other is just a long time friend who's wanted to come wheeling with me for a while.

cut away my friend. you can squeeze more out of it. won't be able to see the top of the tire at full stuff

I did that in ocala last year when i had that stupid double trailer setup. went down this narrow trail on the way to the camp site, and ended up in some hillbilly compound with some beat to shit houses on it. had to drive through some guys backyard to turn around with the trailer. i was sure i was gonna be leaving with bullet holes in the tailgate.

Ryan, I was gonna ask if you wanted to go up there some time and maybe clear out that graveyard trail.
