dude... you may watch a lot of hockey but apparently not penguins hockey. there are very few players that put forth as much effort as he does everytime he steps on the ice.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion but i don't think your opinion towards crosby is so much in the minority because you know so much more about hockey than everyone else. any team would give their right arm for him. seriously.

first, him being the best player on the team isn't even what we are talking about... he is however the best all around player on the team... thus being captain.

second... all i'm saying is that i have seen no evidence at games, espn, sports center... etc. that supports your claims. please back up your claims with some sort of evidence other than your own "expert" testimony

hell, he's got an avg. fantasy draft rating of 2.6 on espn... not exactly the most scientific fact but still puts you in the MINORITY

Crosby does more than just play well on the ice. 2 sided...how about off the ice? How about in the locker room? How about his manners toward other players?

He is the best player in the league if all of those factors are taken in. Statistics don't tell the whole story. There is hatred in the league over him because the league has made him the face of their marketing scheme toward a younger crowd.

He does not play dirty, unlike some of the players I'm sure you are calling "better".

And good for that white wad of goo known as Seamen for calling out Crosby. 2 goals tonight and that pile of jizz could only hit the glass behind the goal.

Great work Pens! Here we come Carolina!

    You just can't stand it!

I guess it's hard to watch the team that ended your playoff run be successful. Typical Philly fan.

The Caps had a hell of a year! Alex Ovechkin is one hell of a player man I wish he was on the Red Wings.

Looks like the wings are in but the canes game is still undecided. Hockey fans couldn't ask for better series!

    Let's go Canes!
