Already posted on Texas tacos fb page, but will post here too. I had to work last weekend, so I couldnt make the hidden falls meet. I have this weekend off and am trying to get something put together for this sunday (the 25th) at HF. Anybody wanna join? For those who are familiar with the area - any recommendations on which trails to do?

nice, show that first gen how its done..

they fixed my locker today. well it wasnt the locker, they neglected to pull the output shaft that goes on the pass side of the diff off the stock one. I had got pre built diffs from ecgs with the gears and locker, but they hadnt done it that way b4 so ill let em live

Even with out the pass side shaft the left wheel should still spin when locked.

im not at all a mechanic, but the front drive shaft was spinning the gears, but then theres something about 6 inches long with teeth on one end that was missing so the actuator was moving the fork over to put it in 4wd, but the other piece wasnt there so it didnt turn the cv's. dont know really how to explain it but if you take out your front diff i can show it to you lol. anyway i went and tried it. freaking amazing. i crawled up a dirt mound and in regular 4hi, punched it and of course only 1 tire spins, then i locked the arb and both spin, nice! but very difficult to turn even on loose dirt

I wouldn't recommend turning with the locker engaged. It puts way too much stress on cv's causing them to break.
