    Odd, a co-worker tried to sue the doctors when they misdiagnosed her husband, by the time they figured out he had cancer it was too late. She tried to sue and hit a wall because of some doctors union that protects them.
    hmmmm. Yea I know the malpractice has different stipulations up here. It's not as easy to sue for it here as it is in the states.

    a crazy mom tried to sue my dad cause her daughter got sick

    she brought her kid to our office for her checkup, office found she wasnt vaccinated
    mom refused vaccination
    office has a policy that states if you refuse vaccination, we wont take you as a patient; too much liability

    lo and behold, her daughter catches the flu
    tries to sue because we didnt "force" her to get vaccinated :rolleyes:
