    Most users are getting between 6 months and a year and a half (V1 owners, please feel free to chime in and provide your experience to date).

    The most common issue is forgetting to turn the unit off - which, is why we originally specified green halos to 'remind' you that the unit is still on. Nonetheless, we haven't had any specific complaints about battery life - yet.

    IF anyone is dis-satisfied with battery life, PLEASE let us know!!! :eek:

    FYI - Red and Amber draw slightly more current and do drain faster. Still, for a battery-powered unit, it does work pretty well. Should you purchase a V1 and later decide to upgrade to a V2W, we do offer discounts to repeat customers. It seems that selling the V1 here on TW is the way to go if you want to unload it. ;)

    Did my install today. Was pretty ez. Wire crimps make it even ez'r. Why buy V1 battery powered LED's? Just follow website video instructions.

    Sweet product. Exceeded my expectations. Not overly bright & amber color matches OEM amber. Looks & fits perfectly.

    Get the wired version. I used a razor knife to cut & score notch on plastic trim. Then I used a small file to smooth out & debur rough edges.
