    Thankful for mashed potato flakes; they have once again saved dinner. My boss and I are both flying solo this Thanksgiving so we took it upon ourselves to cook thanksgiving dinner and deliver it to the field staff on drilling rigs. We've cooked all night. And now we have about 10 hours of driving.

    That is very Appreciated out on the rigs! This is the first year in a long time that I am actually off for thanksgiving, and it was always nice to get a nice treat like that out there!
