    I got back and plopped down out back with my shirt off (it's probably hi 40s low 50s so not bad) and was panting like an asthmatic dog haha. Probably the 3rd time I've run any significant distance this moth, and before that I didn't run for like 3 months. So suffice to say I'm back to sucking again.

    I did 30 clean and snatches at 135, run a mile, 10 15' rope climbs, run a mile, 100 burpees....then my buddy talked me into doing Isabel..which is 30 snatches at 135..

    But I work out a lot haha least your doing something!
