    Last summer, I did a job in yuma and had some spare time to kill. I went over to the cabeza prieta (grammar?) ranger station and talked to some of the people in there. I was told you need a permit to go through the Barry Goldwater shooting range, which I know is true, but then they said you need to get a permit and watch a 20min video to be able to go through the Oregon Pipe National Monument. Is that true? or is there a way to go around the momument? The lady in the station didn't seem to nice and not very trustworthy.
