I'm not a cowboys fan either, but he is pretty bad. 2910 yards (decent), 67.3% comp rate, ONLY 13 TDs, 13 INT's and 5 fumbles. Bad reads, bad throws and just plain bad decisions.

I do agree, those numbers do scream bad things about him. But if you look at some other stats, he has been sacked 24 times in 10 games this season, and brought down 30+ times last season. That doesn't help, nor look good on his O-line.

Tom Brady and Drew Brees have only been sacked 15-16 times in 10 games. And were only talking sacks here, not talking how many times Romo is pressured, or knocked down as the pass is let go. Give him the protection that Brady and Brees have and see what he can do when he's not forced to run for his life or get rid of it quicker than he wishes.

I know there are other more successful quarterbacks out there that have been sacked more, Aaron Rodgers has been brought down 32 times already this season, but he's looked at as a better quarterback (because he is) but he gets more credit because he has taken his team farther.

Agreed there..for years I'd end up with Romo on fantasy teams because I didn't draft a top 3 guy for QB. This year I actually had Brees fall to me in a keeper league I just started in, was IMO best available at my first round pick. Plus this year Romo hasn't had even a respectable running game most of the season so he has to carry it.

I'll add to your statement, he's a good QB that doesn't win the big games. Not all his fault that he doesn't have a ring or anything. And I'm a Pats fan.

I'll agree with that, since Kap had a decent enough game last week let Smith have another week off. They've got a good enough D and run game that Kap doesn't have to win it for them, just not lose it for them..think Trent Dilfer when he was the Ravens QB the year they won the Super Bowl..

I don't think 441 yards in a game is bad...

When Dallas' running backs are healthy they don't have a bad running game, it's just keeping them healthy is their problem.

But I can tell you one thing, Dallas' coach Jason Garrett is gone after this year, and I look for Sean Payton to be brought in. But that's just my opinion, but I look for it to happen.

    Me neither.

You do have a point there. Had he at least got the W it would have been a different story.

But at least Romo brought them back and made them compete in the game. It could have been a lot worse the way they started out.

You are right on that account. When the Giants lose to the packers NFC east will be (mostly) tied up minus the eagles.

Kaepernick is starting for the 49ers which I think is a mistake if Smith is 100%. Flip flopping QBs is always a death sentence to team unity.

That's sad because Arrowhead sells out every game. They have a great fan base.

Yes and no. Smith wasn't cleared until Thursday. Wasn't cleared of the rest of it until yesterday. No point in having him possibly getting hurt again this week.
