    Of course white does hide scratches and swirl narks better than any other color.

    I have never seen mine look shiny. Even when it was new it didn't. At this point my paint is matt white and hazed.

    Ahh. I have only been in my attic twice. Once to install a new bathroom light/fan. The other to see if I should put new insulation up there. The answer, yes I should but I don't wanna yet.

    Added soffit vents. Stupid builders stuffed insulation into the truss spaces and jammed their vents against it. No air flow in the attic

    Thankfully they re-did the siding about 8 years ago with vinyl. They added the vents on the sides, I could see light coming from them when I was up there. Also 2 vents, one on each side. I should probably add 2 more vents in my roof, just need to get my roof re-done eventually.

    What kind of insulation are you going to put in there? I currently have the spray in... and hate crawling around up there in it.
