It's what Wix's website recommended. I have no complaints with it.

Installed my Ultra Guage. Used one of the 3 switch blanks to mount it and drilled a small hole in the remote mirror blank.

I do not have any switches directly below the vent, just 3 plugs/covers/blanks ( what ever you want to call them ). I pulled the center one out, drilled a hole and used a #10 x 1/2 sheet metal screw to mount the Ultra guage bracket.

Got them through the group buy, only a week left to get in on it here:

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/group-buys/246070-looking-interest-red-line-hood-struts.html

Install was easy, took 35-40 minutes tops. Measure two or three times, mark and use center tap to ensure your holes are accurate. Take your time and read through the instructions before starting, the tiny pics in the instructions sucked, but it's not too difficult to tell what's going on. You'll need a rivet gun since the two upper brackets use rivets to attach to the hood. Smaller brackets go on hood, larger brackets on fender.

20k service, oil change, and tire rotation free at the dealership. They even washed my truck for me. I was pretty impressed with the service and friendliness. Usually, I dread dealing with dealerships.

My local dealership lets you set up an appointment with a specific technician, and their names and pictures are online for you to see. There are a few decent looking women that you can have change your oil. :D The other two dealerships in my area don't have that option online.

lol. most the time it’s dry by the time i could take care of it. don’t some of the bed rugs cover the hole bed even the sides?

the bloody cargo i would have, is deer/ maybe Turkey/ coyote or something. i’m not hunting people.:D

and ya thats why i want the soft topper over the best top. not to hid a body or anything. just hide what ever i have in the bed.

And it's a larger than "normal" pop-rivet, so the cheapie stamped steel tool won't work.
The rotating head cast unit from Lowe's works great.

Also, use a stop collar on your drill bit (oddball drill size for the rivet too!).
The Taco came out fine, but I did put "blisters" in the hood on the wife's Rav4. The sheetmetal is so thin that when the drill broke through, it grabbed and there was no stopping it... even pulling back, it still pulled itself into the top surface enough to lift it.
Tried to be more careful on the other side and it did the same thing.
