I have been researching clutches, as usual I'm not finding a whole lot of info. I called URD to see what their take is on my application with the crawler and gears it seems to be a little different animal. Gadjit said their Stage 3 clutch kit was his reccommendation currently the only listed clutch is the 3+ kit but there is no info with the listing hopefully all the kits will be listed soon on the URD site.

My clutch sees minimal use off-road with the crawler and twin sticks, although with the miles on the stocker its due so what kind of prices can you get me on a new clutch?

Brant ran 305's on his truck with just the pinch weld mod, cab mounts chopped and his Icons cranked up. He can chime in if there was more to it but I know we had the discussion when I was fitting the 315's and test fit one on his truck. Thanks for the compliments and glad this thread is of some use to folks. I will post some better pics of the 285/75r17's on the truck by the weekend.

I have completed step 1 of the process cleaning the garage......and changing my spark plugs. I am hopeful to get to the fuel pump upgrade this weekend but have to get firewood first before I tear into any projects.

Snow yes, Toyos worked surprisingly well yesterday getting to my firewood spot. Not sure how much is at Boulder and don't know if another trip is going to happen but we'll see. Let me know on clutch kits and then you can bring it over and install it as well as the S/C:D Awesome, the wobble in that one wheel isn't that bad I'll need to order another rockring for it, I'll give a you a call on the clutch prices.

So at this point I don't think the S/C will get installed till mid December when I get some time off from work. I don't want to rush through it in a weekend so I've been riding bikes every weekend instead the dirt has been perfect did 36 miles of single track yesterday.

I took some years off from riding but started back up in 2005, so I know the feeling. Some pics of the machine 2011 TM Racing EN 300 and some parts that have been added.

Looks like a blast to ride. Steering stabilizer is pretty sweet.. Ill have to look into that.

And I guess I should mention.. I ordered a cbi bushmaster 2.0 rear bumper after drooling over pics of yours for a while now. Looks like the bike will have to be angled to be able to close the tailgate.. Ill have to look back and see if you have any pics of your old ktm in the bed with pics of how it was strapped down.

Well I did it. It took about 3 hours but I did it. Read every page from page 1. Gotta say great job man, truck looks phenomenal. If you ever make it back up to Alaska, I'd love to check out your rig.

My intent with mine is to build it to an overland vehicle. The bling factor definitely has me leading towards a full icon setup with dakars. But the wallet factor has me leaning towards the OME. Seems just as capable, less maintenance, way cheaper, and way cheaper. Based on your build I'm going to try and stuff the biggest tires I can on.

Stumbled across this build looking at 255 size tires. Love the way they look. Your truck looks sweet like that.

Steering stabilizer is sweet, I started running them on my ktm's you don't notice that you have one until you ride a bike without one if that makes sense. Look in my gallery/build for pics of the bike with the swingout on fits no problem.

Thanks, I miss AK for sure I'll make it back one day though. The OME suspension has been great can't beat it for the price although the Icon stuff is great it just didn't suit my needs I didn't like the idea of rebuilds but the adjustability would have been nice. On stuffing tires its just a matter of getting creative, test fitting, cutting, hammering etc. to make them work.

I'll be around, plan to ride some bikes on Sat. in the desert and have to run to Twintucky on Sun. but you are always welcome to check out the truck. I'll PM you my #.

Thanks, I always dug the 255's its a great size for a 3" lift and stock rims.

Some pics from Sand Butte in the Carey/Kimima desert yesterday before heading over to a friends for turkey.

So yesterdays trip did in my front passenger wheel bearing. Napa has one that I can pick up in the morning to replace it. This will be the first one to go not bad 104k on it, guessing the drivers side will go next.

Wow, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the bearings going out. I mean you're running bigger tires than all of us and yours lasted that long. My DS went out at 30k, but the PS is still going strong at 68k.

Well... I'm betting it's just the bearing assembly, with the need to press in your old hub with new seals. Unless you're getting the bearing and hub pre-assembled.

Its just the bearing and hub no seals and I'm not finding the seals at napa but am going to call around.
