    So I finally got my new rims and tires. My truck has a 3" Revtek spacer lift and came with the 265/65/17 stock. I went with a Moto Metal 951 Black 16x8, 4.5" BS, 0mm offset wrapped in 285/75/16. I absolutely love the new set up! Has just the right amount of rubber sticking out IMHO.

    Future minor mods include black "Tacoma" dooe emblems, BHLM, grillcraft MX or Satoshi, and black vinyl for the front bumper.

    Well the tires in that pic were not quite stock. They are my snow tires (Michelin x-ice 245/70/17) but the stocks looked the same. I aggree, I love the way the truck looks now. :)

    Well that's funny that you ask. I didn't put new sensors in but the TPMS light on the dash is not on? Anyone know what this might be?

    Well here is a break down of pricing:

    Motometal Metal 951 Black - $172 each

    General Grabber AT2 - $265 each

    Install and balance - $150

    Spline drive Kit - $60


    After taxes andeverything, it cost me a little over 2 grand. Probably seems like a lot to you but this is Canada where everything costs more! haha

    Nice!! I had the same set up but didn't like it, we could have been twin :D....btw just curious how did you find a 0mm offset on these motometal because I could have sworn that they don't even exist...

    Yeah they exist all right. The 16 x 8 comes in a zero offset and the 17 x 9 has a -12.

    So what was it that you didn't like?

    the part I didn't like was our stock wheel stud was way too damn short for these wheels, and my gorilla lug nuts was barely screwed on so it's a PITA that I have to keep checking the wheel at rest area whenever we traveling far distance with my truck :mad:
