    First, let your family know you love them. I don't care if you see them everyday, or haven't seen them in years; let them know. Life isn't long enough to put that off.

    Second, I'm constantly in need of new music to listen to and good books to read. Good story lines are a must :eek: I'm also partial to Red dirt Country :D

    And Third, if you can, send some love to our troops over seas. Not everyone gets Christmas off of work. And not everyone gets to spend it with their family.

    Starter sets are really not the highest quality form the manafactuer that is true. But for a decent set under the tree that is the way to go.

    Personally I like my Standard Gauge under the tree. ;)

    Standard gauge are nice, but they take up too much space. I've always liked the tinplates, I have a lionel 1668 set (with original box's) from 37, and a marx steam set from 57, never ran
