Good. Jeff was very patient waiting for us. His rig can fly through that entire trail without even planning a line. Not the case for mike and I, but we did good. No serious damage (mike took a chunk out of one of his cross members, but nothing too serious). I'm sorry to hear about your truck, hopefully it gets taken care of soon. I will post pics and vid to the trip reports thread tomorrow evening.

I'm still kinda new to wheeling so I was probably going slower than I had to. I also don't have sliders yet, and that will increase my confidence level so I can go faster over some stuff. We took the bypass up, only Jeff did the chutes (we watched) and then I thought we would save some time taking the "residential" road back to CR 68, but it was a trail just like the bypass, except it took way longer. It was fun though. Good day of wheeling for sure.
Good luck with the motor, RusselG (new member) has a 2nd gen motor for sale.

Yeah I'm talking with Russel to see if I can strike a deal and idk wich way I'm going
jace I might rebuild it but I lost a rod bearing on bank 1 piston 1 so far its looking like I'm gonna end up rebuilding it cuz 4k for a motor or 600$ for a rebuild kit but I haven't got to deep into the motor so idk if my block is screwed or if I need a new crank or if I can just turn it there is a lot of what ifs still so I'm not 100% one way or the other at this point

to many to list, check the build thread
I would be down to do Peru Creek until it really dumps up there. I know Chihuahua Gulch is tight and will CO pin stripe a rig. Cinnamon gulch isnt bad at all. Never been up warden gulch but Peru creek is easy as heck with amazing views at the finish just under horseshoe basin and the back side of Argentine pass. Plus i could go up Peru creek and then make some turns at the resorts in the afternoon then head on back to denver.:D sounds like a great day!!

this is Peru Creek at the end where access is only allowed by hikers into horseshoe basin and up the backside of Argentine pass. You can see the gate down to the left side of the photo
