    I set mine to 18.5.
My owner's manual showed that 4x4 and Prerunners 6 cyl are 18.5 gals.

I calibrated it last Sunday, and I still need to calibrate the fuel used, so I don't know how accurate the MPG is yet.

I finally got to zero my trip gauges on my UltraGauge and using mile markers put 5 miles at 75 MPH on my Taco, 2010, 2.7L. According to the UG and mile markers my speedometer is pretty much in agreement with the UG. I'm running Geolander 235/75/15, so I guess the larger tires and the built in inaccuracy in the speedometer even out. All in all I'm happy with the tires and the UG. Now on to set the UG up for correct fuel usage.

I saw something about having to recalibrate the UG once new tires are installed, how do you do that on the gauge and where do you get the new calibration info?

    I would calibrate anyway.
You will need to drive over 2 1/2 miles in a straight line, preferably over 50/mph and some how measure your distance from an outside reference such as a GPS or mile marker signs.
When ready. Zero your your trip gauge.
Menu > Gauge Menu > Zero All Trip
Align with mile marker or set up your GPS, travel over 2 1/2 miles then
go to Menu > Vehicle set up > Calibration > Calibrate Distance and enter your distance traveled.
I use the Motion GPS App on my iphone and it all worked out smoothly.

Did you calibrate your fuel usage as well? Might take a couple tanks to get that set properly.

I have decided to not use my windshield mount an wondered if anyone would want it. I am in the N. Dallas area and could meet you if you live around here, or shipping charges would apply to any where else. Would discount it to $8 and shipping charges if anyone is interested or best offer. Please PM me if interested. New and never used!! Does not include the bracket that comes with every Ultra-Gauge.

I have been using my UG for about 2 weeks without problems. Everything seemed very accurate (I run stock everything).

A few days ago the screen went blank (dark but you can tell the UG was working), I press menu and it beeps but screen still blank.

Turn off and on the truck and everything works fine for a while, then either the screen goes blank or it gets all crooked, like the numbers are off center, the upper gauges are too high and you can only read half of the numbers, then you scroll through pages and the next page is blank and/or weird lines... I think that the screen is damaged or the controller of the screen is bad...

I'm going to call UG and see what they say. I'll post the answer as soon as I can.

I'm sure they'll replace it no problem. Considering over 200+ units shipped in less than a week, 1 or 2 were bound to be defective. Dont worry

is anyone else having problems with the page up/down buttons? when in the menu page, they work perfectly. but when in the page/gauge section, i have to press them a few times before they move pages. the "page up" almost never works, actually:confused:

I'm pretty sure that only the down button changes pages. The up button is for *menu* purposes. At least that's how mine is. If that's not the case then mine is broken too  the down button must be held down also. It takes more than a quick press to get it to change pages. Let us know if that helps

    EDIT

X2. There is no page up button. You have to scroll through all the pages to get back to the beginning. The up button, when the gauges are shown, is the full tank button. If you hold it for a few seconds it resets the fuel lvl to full. And the page down button has to be held for a second to change pages.

There's actually a place in the menu where you can make the pages scroll faster. It has to do with the length of time you hold the down button. It's night right now but I'll post up where in the morning if no one figures it out.

I know my buttons take a while to actually work, they all work but I have to press and hold firmly for a couple seconds. Doesn't bother me much as I already have all of my gauges set just how I want them.
