how is this possible? I just filled up and thought I would do the math to figure out my mpg and in my 4-banger I got: 11.22 mpg =S
that seems unheard of for a 4-banger....
any suggestions to help improve that?

I'm not sure of the exact temp when i did mine but it was cold. It didn't spray smoothly so i put the cans under a shop light for a half our to warm them up and it sprayed a lot better. ( Don't forget them under the light, and keep the light about a foot away. I shook and rotated mine every 10 min.)

Im willing to bet you have a dragging caliper or something. Check your ebrake/brake shoes and front brakes. Either that or your running like shit check your computer sparkplugs air intake ect.

Im getting 17 with a v6 and 33x12.5s with a 5spd at the highway i can stay around there if i set the cruise at 70 or so at 80 it drops to around 13 lol.

just replaced spark plugs last week, cleaned oil filter, running 265/75/16, canopy (has some weight to it)
    calipers might be it!
last time I rotated my tired I tried to spin my front wheel assembly (in 2 wheel drive and not in gear) and it did seem fairly stiff (hard to turn) more than what i've felt on other vehicles.
would that be a brake caliper issue or possible even cv issue (lube maybe) ?
