Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

Ok I was just thinking and the scientist guy was trying to see if the walkers could retain memories. Well that got me thinking and didn't Morgan's (not sure of name but the black guy who helped Rick in season 1) wife come back to the house she died in and they were staying after she turned. She would try to turn the door knob and get in but this was all unprovoked. Shows she had some lingering memory of that place and what/who was inside. I wonder if the writers meant to do that or it's just coincidence.

 

Her voice was used in the phone episode, I would assume they have to give her credit for being in that one, as well.

 

yah they have to give credit to the actors even if their image is used, like for a picture in the background. So she'll continue to be credited as long as he carries the phone around with him to talk to her.

the prisoners talked about how they were trying to let civilians in when the outbreak started for shelter and then the fire started and the prison got overrun. or someone made mention about it when they first got to the prison, because it was pointed out by one of rick's crew that there were civilians in the swarm they cleared when they first ran into the riot gear walkers.

 

no, Z-Amy was trying to grab hair to eat face not stroke hair. Andrea was getting it rough like the Gov is giving it.

 

Im calling that next episode myrl puts rick in a choke hold to kill him and darrel pops an arrow between myrls eye's.

 

I wonder if there is anything to the fact Darryl nicknamed the baby girl "Ass-kicker"?

I guess it would be hard to work up to where she's old enough to play the part, unless the series can keep such a far-fetched plot going another 15 seasons.

 

They could always flash forward months/year/multiple years ahead if they holed up in a place where day to day was boring. It'd be hard to age the charectors though, especially Beth and Carl

I was thinking about a couple comic charectors that haven't made it into the show. The Prison was a lot fuller by this point in the books. They could use some company if they're going to take on the town.

 

I would like to see a spinoff of the main show for the off season. It could follow another group of survivors in California or Washington. Since it wouldn't be based off the comic, we'd get no spoilers from the book guys, and they would also have fresh new material to take in.

We could have zombies year-round with this formula!

However the mid-season finale shakes out I am sure it will leave us with a major cliffhanger, just as previous seasons have demonstrated. The show has been great for AMC and all of us who love horror movies. After Sunday night it is going to feel like a long wait until February 2013 when the season continues. Guess it will be time to focus on Christmas and New Years.

Well last years mid season closed about of story lines no major cliffhanger they killed Sophia and that was it only thing was left was how Hershel would react to the barn massacre. And that was answered first episode of the second half. I think they will raid the town some people get killed and Rick and the group map it back with Glenn and Maggie. Then the second half will start with the town prepping to go assault the prison. Or vice versa.

 

LOL, I looked at the dates from last year and if it is any help the wait time is about two weeks less.

 

That is pretty much what I am thinking as well.
