there used to be .22 rifle teams, and high school JROTC .22 teams, as well as pistol teams

maybe texas or arizona, hawaii is a lot like cali, useless cept for the weather, scenery, pineapples, and orange fruits.

hawaii was decent when we where there though, the snorkling was awesome, and the weather in the mountains was nice and drizzly and windy.
