I saw an interesting product the other day on bodybuilding.com. It was called I-LOAD, made by Pro Supps. Used to boost insulin sensitivity and power the carbs and other such nutrients deeper into the muscles and blood stream.

Anyone have insulin issues or take a sensitivity booster or something along the lines of IGF-1?

Your like Kalev he's like 180 lbs and to me looks much bigger. I feel like the more I weigh the smaller I feel.

Must be nice! I'm at 198-200 and feel like I'm dropping size and gaining weight if that makes sense. Stayin fairly lean but after being sick and falling so far I just wanted to be back up so bad it got kinda dirty with my diet. Come January I will diet down and see how I look to see if thei whole quest for the 1/4 turns is really for me.

I have been at around 160lbs for months now (5'10")- any tips to break the plateau and keep gaining? i know it's different for every person and you just gotta eat a lot, but there are limits to how much a smaller guy like me can eat. i'm good at losing weight (high school and college wrestling) but gaining is so fucking hard. any good supplements for boosting appetite?

That's why I have a coach..he makes the decisions for me and I just follow what he says...u should never lose the abs while gaining, IMO

Sub in some shakes..add 2 to what you're doing...that's just to start...and increase app? Train harder.

Edit-don't mean to come off cocky on any of these...just trying to tell it from what I've learned
