    ^yep :)
one of my friends said shasta is supposed to get some good snow too.
And I may have been reading the warning quickly, but weather channel said possible 4-8 inches on Thursday in the Sacramento Valley, hence the flooding
    :O

What weather report are you reading? It's a fucking heat wave up here. I'm in a t-shirt.

There is absolutely no snow in the forecast at lake level or at the base of any of the resorts. Just rain for days.

You don't need 4wd. You could get up here on a moped right now. There's no snow on the roads at all.

Yeah someone on fbook posted an emergency warning for northern california saying to get your emergency supply kits and set up an emergency plan because of high rain and wind. My weatherbug app foresees rain at lake tahoe airport wed and thurs and frozen mix for fri, sat, sun, mon.
I'm bummed about the lack of snow, but the rain should be interesting.

    .
Have to drive to Santa Rita tonite, my ex's daughter got busted for DUI Saturday night but there's no BAC and no breathalyzer, she supposedly went to court today. Hasn't been able to call her mom today so i think she's getting released tonight. 72 hours just to fuck with you is the way Alco does things. Mom has been calling the jail for 6 hours and nothing but a busy signal. I'm closer so I'm heading out in a bit, if she gets released I'll take her home to her mom's stay the night there and go to work in the morning.

Trial by written declaration is best, its like a summary judgement but better, and even if you lose, you still can get attorney or traffic school. I ALWAYS do written declaration, and it always works.

    .
She called her mom as i was getting close to Dublin, she's gonna get sprung tomorrow night. I volunteered for the duty in part because i always liked her and it's an opportunity to impart a little parental wisdom. I have the cred to back up my words and I'm a better role model than her real father is. She's getting a slap on the wrist for failing to submit to a BAC test, it extends her probation but no DUI. Close one, Alco does not fuck around, no charges filed and you still spend 96 hours in the pen.
