Pulled mine, disassembled motor, cleaned brushes, heat proof grease on shaft and bushing. Sounds better than new... The problem is 100% water intrusion.

I had the TSB done 50k miles ago, no squeaks here.

I tried taking it apart first and greasing everything, that crap didnt work.

Probably an hour or so, depending if they have the part ready. You may need to call ahead so they can get it in.

I had mine done when I took the truck in for regular service, so I don't know how long the blower motor alone took.

There are plenty of threads on here if you're adventurous enough to try to fix it yourself.

Pull out my glock and manually stop the noise. Or find a Toyota rep and repeatedly slam his face into the dashboard. Its very annoying.

Get the TSB done. Had mine done 6 months ago and still no chirp. (of course now that I said this it is going to start chirping tomorrow) The new blower motor, part #87103-04043 is working so far. This is the third blower motor that they have produced to fix the problem, the other two motors squeaked like the original, go figure. A multi billion dollar company like toyota can't get a simple thing like a blower motor to work. Not complaining, just confused. The truck has treated me very well.

I had mine replaced twice within the first 5 months of having the truck.
there's a newer motor they use for the TSB that doesn't chirp, not yet anyway.
