blitz pro are cheaper than rigid lights if those were rigid he would have spent way too much money lol but blitz are pretty reasonable on price

Take the frame issues into my own hands (JK doing a SAS) But it is stronger than the stock front part of the frame its 3/16 tube. Tieing it into the stock frame was a PITA

did the ride improve when you mounted the shocks like that? and did you custom make those mounts?
ive heard the tundras moved their shock mounts to the outside of the frame because the ride quality is better and although this may not be outside the frame it seems like it might give it a better ride
first time ive seen something like this...bravo...i like the design

I went to my friends fab shop took the flares off and broke every single clip in the process. Sanded down and shot with a gun. It's not a paint gun but looks real similar. Went down to the dealership today and spent a million bucks on new clips. Hardest part was putting the rubber strip back on.

Oh yeah I reused a bunch of mine, expanding glue, like gorilla glue works.

I still hate plastic clips if anyone wondered.

how can you tell if you need to replace the steering rack bushing? I do notice low/medium amount of wandering but.... when the stealership took it for a test drive they said i needed a whole new steering column assembly .... doesn't make sence to me... think the bushing might fix that.... am I right?

    Look at build!
Look under the truck as someone moves the steering wheel from left to right and look for excessive play within the bushings but from what the dealership is saying abt the steering column it sounds like you have the same problem as many an have some play in the slip joint on the column which most just tack weld back together but also requires dropping the whole column.. I need to do it sometime but that along with the rack bushings should tighten everything up like new!!

probably an hour and a half. the old bushings dont want to come out easily. also, i have a diff drop and i had to undo it to get one of the bolts out. it would probably take an hour if you dont have one

yea you can actually weld some bushing and appearantly its a night and day difference according to lotsoftoys
