Where you able to mount the 21" bar with the trans cooler there? I have the same two light bars. I am just waiting for my grill to arrive before mounting everything.

I am able to mount it back there, HOWEVER, the big dilemma being that the bolts provided on the blitzpro lights (the ones holding the original brackets on the top of the bar on) do not fit in the slots which are on Jerry's light bar bracket. It may be possible mine were machined off by a hair and that might be why the bolts just refuse to go in there at all in the first place. It may be possible that the brackets do indeed fit a 1/4" bolt like Jerry told me and Blitzpro's bolts provided are just a smidge too large, either way I am unable to mount the 21" bar at the moment because of that hiccup and I am going to have to either run to the parts store for some fasteners or dremel the slots a little, either way, they are chores that I don't feel like doing.

To answer your question, YES, they will fit back there just fine.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Yeah the bolts that mount on the bottom of the light will not fit the slots M6 or 1/4" is the biggest that will fit in the slots.

Anyone have any suggestions as far as aiming it is concerned? Do I want them low where the headlights aim around or high like where the high beams point?

Jerry, thank you very much for answering all my questions. I know I'm a pain in the ass. I just want to get it right! :)

I have been thinking about the mounting of this last bar a little bit more thoroughly and I have come to the conclusion that I will not be needing the additional LED bar hang down slotted brackets that I bought from Jerry at BAMF, they are getting in the way of all the lighting at this point.

If I want to mount that last bar as securely as possible. I am going to have to mount it to the 15D hawk bar right above it, however it being that it is a shorter bar I will have to make some sort of angled brackets with a flat mounting point from point A (the 21S) then angling at point B (open space) to finally flat mount it to point C (the 15D bar). I think this will be the only way I can pull this all off without disturbing the two pods aside the 15D bar. I am thinking of a way to also utilize the two fastening points on top of the bar itself and incorporate that into some some sort bracket as well or possibly even tying into that angled bracket I need to make in order to get this setup as secure as possible.

I need some suggestions on what to do for the final light bar as far as mounting goes. I need to somehow fab a different bracket for it or something. Anyone with ideas please refer to post #69. Thanks.

Little update, I tried taking a stab at mounting the bar again. I got some carrier bolts which appeared to fit okay at first but after several trials I wasn't able to after all. Still searching for a bolt which has an oversized head and has threads no larger then 1/4.

I am connecting a coupler to each side to fill in the space gap to avoid letting the bar spin upward. It seems like a good plan and as soon as I find the correct bolts the mounting setup will work perfectly for the 21" bar.

Update: I finally got the last bar mounted!!! It's on there quite solidly I'd say. I may eventually grab some super long bolts and find a way to mount them on the actual light bar bracket itself as a small insurance policy but other then that it's good to go. I ran into a little hiccup while I was trying to finish it up (what else is new). I couldn't find a place on the firewall to route my wiring through!! Ahhh, what an annoying issue. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I'm not trying to make it all swiss cheese though.

theres a little bubble like place on the bottom of the rubber place that the rest of the wires feed through on the drivers side, i made a little slit in that bubble and passed mine through.

Finally all done! I am going to get a stock fog switch and harness and stuff later but for now its wired to an aftermarket switch and ready to go! Pics have been taken and will be uploaded tonight along with night pics! It looks great back there but I still gotta do my grillcraft grille because some of the light is being blocked out. If you cut me off though you WILL pay for it  ... No tools for the grillcraft project though... Not proper ones at least.
