Puddle pirates are always in short supply!!

JK, funny how the service is.

    Nave + marine = fight
    Navy + marine + army = Navy/marine kicks army's ass
Navy + marine + army + airforce = Everyone kicks AF ass
Navy + marine + army + airforce + puddle pirate = AF gets ass kicked, puddle pirate buys drinks so he doesnt

Glad to have served with all my brothers though, even though we ALL talk shit

it gives "go hard" and "get some" a whole different meaning.

mila kunis should be america's primary reason for being allied with israel.

Never seen this pic. Too funny. Look at that smokey bear so unsat.
Care to inform this winger what a chinese field day is?

Here's a story for you all...especially my devil dog bros...

I work in healthcare and had an old male patient wearing a woodland cover when he came for his exams. Of course we started talking. Turns out this salty SOB fell and broke a hip in his backyard. He managed to limp back to his house and make some calls so he can go to the hospital. This gentleman saw combat in the pacific during WWII. During his service he had earned quite the rack including some purple hearts. Then I asked what rank he retired at...General Officer. Impressive.

Now of course there is a follow on from closer to home. I took a trip and when I got home my neighbors asked how my mother was doing. Without any knowledge of what had happened I called the local hospital which she had worked and which was my place of employment at the time. The operator patched me right to her room.

She took a fall and broke her hip. Well not wanting the paramedics to find her in a somewhat unclean state she dragged herself to the shower, cleaned up, got a different robe on and dragged herself back out to the phone and called the paramedics. This was over the course of several hours. She was one hardcore ANG Lt. Col.
    RIP Mom.

Chinese field day is when you remove every single item and furniture from a room or building and you begin cleaning from there, starting with the now empty room getting every cravace and corners then the items and furniture that were taken out as you place them back in, while someone came in with a white glove and swiped their hands on a random item as you pray that glove comes out clean, other wise it all comes back out and you start over again.
Had this happen to my battalion like 3 times overseas Okinawa Japan, for getting retarded on libo.

Well it is emi technically. It started out as an excellent way to get 100% of everybody to clean their rooms for at least 3 months and not fail field day. Like all good things though it started yo get used for smaller things like being late etc etc....and is now considered "hazing"

I served 31 years in both active duty and reserve status in the Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Army. I think that makes me well rounded.

My hat is off to you sir. Dealing with the military machine for that long is an accomplishment indeed. I have worked with all of the services pretty extensively from the usmc and all of them do have their good sides......and bad sides.
