    nope...13 miles south of town, but there's actually tons of trails south of town as well....

    majority of trails can be hit within a half hour

    all of Area BFE trails, obviously (strike ravine, green day, minor threat, lockjaw, and harder trails)
    behind the rocks
    picture frame arch
    flat iron mesa
    boxcar bridge
    la sal pass
    steel bender
    then all of the main moab trails...fins, hells, kanes, hurrah, moab rim, etc..

    yea i was pleased with the location...definitely large enough for a group our size...we had plenty of room to expand as well

    we will be moving things around slightly with camp, but same area within BFE

    hopefully toilets will be in a better location (and 1 extra for the ladies) plus a dumpster

    yea we had a few complaints last year on the conditions of the blue bowls so i'm thinking a combo lock to the ladies room that they will have a code to which will keep the use down on that unit

    Damn it! This looks fun, but I'm not able to go early. I hope there are a few people that aren't able to make it for the first day that are planning on staying after the official trip is done. The first day of the trip is my last day teaching and I can't skip that day. Hoping to have my truck loaded up and ready to go so that after school I can stuff the baby in the truck somewhere, get my dogs (they are okay to bring, right?) and head out so that I can be there to drink beer with y'all that Friday night, but I will probably stay a day or two after so that I can explore some more, but I don't wheel alone, so we'll have to see who is still there.

    Ive been down to moab 3 times and have yet to even go to BFE sounds like im going with the right people this year. also a good thing im going for more than 3 wheeling days. cuz i still missed trails last year and adding BFE there is so much new i don't want to miss.
