lol this is to funny...i give my views on what would make me buy another and im critiqued on my findings and also "bashing" and first joining when my joined date says aug 11. this is why it took me so long to post anything lol even though im on here almost everynight....and whats funny aswell is how i was told to find the other 12 cup holders lol maybe when i get over 200 posts it won't be "bashing" one love

    I kinda agree with you.

I had a 2010 Tacoma...now a 2012 Tacoma...I like these trucks a lot, and may buy another...but I'd also like something different...maybe the Honda Ridgeline...I lie them as well, and truth is...I don't need a truck for heavy duty use like I have in the past.

I also like the Nissan Xterra...may own one someday. And I'd like another sports car someday as well...maybe another Vette...or a Porsche if I could swing the cost.

I would guess it's just a really big cup he's using lol. The two front cup holders in an automatic truck put your beverage right in front of the power outlet. So it's conceivable if he has two things plugged in and a big enough cup, it just doesn't fit. I'm rarely using two things that need power let alone 2 things while having something I have to have in those front cup holders.

I never said anything about you being new, I just said interesting first post. I never told you to find the other 12, just suggested there are others you can use because I missed the part about not being able to have things in the cup holder if you have stuff plugged in. I have no idea what it is that you want plugged in so I can only speculate and give my opinion. The reason anyone may be sounding disrespectful to you is the attitude and tone you are using.

I was an loyal Subaru owner for 12 years, when I could afford a second vehicle I purchased a new '09 Tacoma for just hauling kayaks, Mt. Bikes, and dogs. Two years after that I sold my subie because I never drove it! The truck now has 40,000 miles, and at least 10,000+ of those have been weighted down hauling fire wood, or pulling a 1500lb off road teardrop.

Are there things I would change? Of course, but when I think what I would buy if I was in the market for another car and it would be another Tacoma.

Wish list - V8, heated seats and mirrors, power rear sliding window and bigger inverter for the bed.

    :)

It's a great truck, but when it comes time for me to get another vehicle, I'll probably get something a little bigger.

this. the 5.0 (or 5.4) doesn't get that much worse mileage than the 4.0 in the tacos, but it's got the full power of a v8. plus more size, and arguably more comfortable.

Tacomas are the best truck every built and dont argue with me cause ya aint gona change my mind about it.. The only reason I want a cummins is cause Im gona be a diesel tech in a couple years. Eventually ill have an audi r8, 2 tacos, and a cummins to call it done.

Actually, the 5.0 gets better MPG than the 4.0L. And 360 HP
